Cannot see all drives
« on: October 02, 2012, 03:58:09 am »
I started with this problem:

http://forum.flexraid.com/index.php/topic,1243.0.html

No respones. So I am posting here... I know general thats a forum no-no but I've paid for FlexRaid and I'm not getting any support? :(

Anyway, I never could login with my username so I logged in with a blank username/password. Now I can only see 3 drives where as I had 4:  DRU1 was 2TB (single drive), DRU2 was 2 drives a total of 1.5TB (1TB and 500GB), and PPU was 2TB (single drive).

Now I've just got 3 drives to start a new storage pool, 1 2TB drive with 48GB free, 1 1TB drive with 251GB free, and 1 500GB drive with 500GB free. My other 2TB drive is missing, which I guess was my PPU drive. HELP? I'm okay with "starting over" as long as I don't have to wipe any of my DRU drives.

An un-install and deleting all you config files will allow you to have a totally fresh start

Try being a bit more clear on what you mean by "missing".

It's missing from My Computer and Drive Manager.

However, I figured it out. :) It did not get re-assigned a drive letter, so windows disk manager let me find it and re-assign it. Thanks so much!
