@alexd_uk
Indeed, I updated the post.
It is an egg or the chicken thing: update post first before uploading the build or the other way around.  ;D

Hello,

I updated from v.9 to v.11c and my Windows 7 64b started crashing at least 2-3 times a day.
First I thought it might be a hardware issue but realized it is the FlexRaid. Then I read that there
was a similar problem with v.10.

So now I am looking where to download v.9 from so I can install it back.
Any suggestions where to find it?

Thanks

I would not suggest going back.

What choice do I have?
It's either using v.11 and have 2-3 crashes a day or not using the software
RAID and praying that neither of the HDD fails :(

P.s. Here's the crash report:
Quote
Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Sun 4/21/2013 1:33:13 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: Unknown (0x00000000)
Bugcheck code: 0x101 (0x19, 0x0, 0xFFFFF88003100180, 0x1)
Error: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT
Bug check description: This indicates that an expected clock interrupt on a secondary processor, in a multi-processor system, was not received within the allocated interval.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error.

More likely than not your issues have nothing to do with the updated build.
It is a pure coincidence.
What you need to do is analyze your crash dump to pinpoint what is causing the crash.

So is there a way to download release 9 ?

Thank you

There is no way to download that older release.

The problem is resolved now and indeed has nothing to do with FlexRaid.
The north bridge was overheating and a new heatsink resolved the problem.

also trying to understand is there a newer version of this coming.

it was said there would be some changes done to the newer version like shares and some other stuff.

but i understand that he is busy so an update would just be so nice.

 :)

In his post here, Brahim does mention a forthcoming update to RAID-F.

Given how the t-RAID RC has been delayed to 1st July, I'd guess the RAID-F update will be sometime after that.

Hi

Is there somewhere I can see the official release dates for Update 11a, 11b and 11c?

I'm trying to figure out which version I have installed. (I purchased the product on 18 December 2012, and installed it shortly thereafter.)

Thanks
