restore single files
« on: November 09, 2011, 05:38:07 am »
Hi,

is there a way to restore only certain files or folders of a UoR..?

I accidentally overwrote a file which was ok when I did the Snapshot, now I want to avoid to rebuild the whole drive just to get that file back...is that possible ?

Yes.
Move or delete that file and restore the DRU.
It will only restore the missing file.

oh, that's easy...
just for me to get it - how are the other files handled ?
are they left in the state they are in just as long as they exist (no matter what attributes, size and modify date) ?
or are they overwritten if they have changed ?

The other files will not be touched.
