The storage pool will randomly become unresponsive
« on: July 15, 2013, 09:59:22 am »
It seems the pool will randomly hang, during this time i am unable to navigate to the drive. After about a minute or 2 the drive seems to reconnect as downloads that were in progress are disconnected and i must restart them.  What logs can i send to capture this data to debug? it happened around 7:55am 7/15/13 local time.

There are two system properties you can set to control the broker service (and pool loggging):
- FLEXRAID_NZFS_LOG_FILE_ROOT: a path pointing to a directory where the logs should go (default is C:\)
- FLEXRAID_NZFS_LOG_LEVEL: options are ERROR, WARN, INFO, TRACE
Logs, logs, logs.

The NZFS logs in TRACE mode are what is needed to analyze pool issues.
