Brahim, I am running version 1.0.0.20140320. Can I upgrade straight to the latest release or do I need to do all the releases in between in order first?

If I'm currently running snapshot raid, am I able to convert to tRaid without having to buy a new license or lose  any data?

No. They are different products.
You will also need to rebuild parity. However, there is no data migration needed. That is, you can take your disks as is without moving data around, create a new RAID configuration, and build parity.

As far as what? All releases have been out of ages. See the official site.

Otherwise as far as builds newer than what's on the official site, see: http://forum.flexraid.com/index.php/topic,5008.0.html
