Getting to install Flexraid on a new video server...should I wait for the new interface, or will it be an easy transition?

Trying to use this feature, and I have run into a minor issue:

"Probable ATA device behind a SAT layer
Try an additional '-d ata' or '-d sat' argument."

I may just be missing it, but where can I use these extra arguments?

My FlexRAID setup:
Motherboard: TYAN S5512WGM2NR ATX Server Motherboard
Processor: Intel Xeon E3-1240 Quad Core Server Processor @ 3.30 GHz
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 1333
OS: Win 7 x64 SP1
