Remove logout verification
« on: December 23, 2013, 09:09:06 am »
I hate having to verify logging out of the web UI, just like Windows XP when you try to shutdown, restart or log off.  It's not the end of the world if you accidentally log out.

What if you clicked it by mistake?
I can already see a whole bunch of bug report about how they got logged out without doing anything.

Umm...  log back in?  That doesn't seem like a very big deal.  Besides, that button isn't exactly next to something else people click on regularly.

Not a big deal to you. Some will argue it is a lesser deal to confirm your action. ;)
What is causing you to log out so often?

Testing various settings to find the best performance.  I also recall reading somewhere that not logging out could possibly cause some sort of issue, but I don't remember the specifics.

It is bad to freak out on things you cannot clearly remember. So, pure FUD. ;)
There is no point in logging out unless you are done and going somewhere.

It's not FUD when I know I read it either on these forums or the wiki.  Of course, the wiki's down again, so I can't search there.  But, okay, you say it's not an issue (anymore :-p ), so I'll clear that from my memory banks.

BTW, even MS eventually removed the logout verification from Windows.
