"do nothing" clarification...
« on: July 02, 2014, 10:28:44 am »
I'm going to be installing tRaid on my HTPC server soon using several drives with TV recordings. I need to be able to read/write to the disks during the initialization. I see in the wiki there is an option to use "do nothing" to minimize down time. My question is, if I use "do nothing" and then verify/sync later, while the verify/sync is in process will I still be able to read/write to the drives with out causing issues? THANX!

Yes, reading and writing while the Verify/Sync is in progress will be fine.
