Activation email not received

I paid for a Raid-F Storage pooling license on the 14th July and two weeks later I'm still waiting for the activation email. I've sent two emails to sales with no response. I've raised it with PayPal with no response from your company (granted that was only yesterday). I was hoping to avoid the forum but here I am.

My trial period has expired so my drives are no longer pooled which is knock on effecting my whole setup.

I'd appreciate if this could be resolved ASAP.

Have you looked in the spam folder? I got my registration mails from the domain flexraid.com.

All sorted, was re-sent activation email and am back up and running.
