Drive Manager showing Total:0 bytes/Available 0 Bytes
« on: December 05, 2017, 06:10:31 pm »
I had to totally uninstall and delete my configuration of 5 years. After re-installing Flexraid and initializing the pool, Drive Manager is reporting that there is 0 bytes available total and 0 bytes capacity/free for all 12 drives in the array. Before re-installing I had around 2TB free and checking from Windows on the Pool drive on the new install it is saying there is around 2TB free also.

Using latest build 11/22/17, Win7.

OK, after checking the log after the overnight scheduled update there was an error message of:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: Access is denied

and the update did not complete.

So after trying to track this issue down with little success except about an issue a few years ago about System Restore crashes with a similar error message. It alluded to a problem with the FlexRaid-Managed-Pool folder. So I added administrator permissions to it which allowed System Restore to access the C: drive and I turned off system restore for C:. Now both Update and the 0 byte issues are resolved.
