I had moved my raid (hardware and all) to a new computer a month ago. When I did so, I tried to contact
sales@flexraid.com and the reply I received was to keep extending the trial until some bug worked its way out (immaterial, mostly).
Now, a month later, my trial expired so I tried to log into the customer portal to extend my trial license or initiate my full license and I can't seem to log into the portal at all. I used the user name from the email I received when I created it, and the portal is telling me the user name doesn't exist. I tried to email
sales@flexraid.com again but I'm not getting any replies. This wouldn't be such a big deal if my 18tb of data wasn't being held hostage (hyperbole, I know...). Anyone have any idea what to do outside of trying to wait for someone to get back with me (no clue how long that might take).
...or did I just lose my 18tb of raw video/audio work until something decides to get back with me?
