Ok! I do use RAID-F, so i'll keep the URB ON and be very careful of which programs run action on my storage pool, from now on.

I am experiencing a similar problem, except files are  moved to the universal recycle bin when moving folders.
Ex. Both folders exists in pool. They have the same name and I want to merge them. So I cut folder 1 and paste to the location of folder 2. What then happens is the target folder(2) gets deleted along with all content. Folder 1 gets moved to universal recycle bin along with only its content... Restoring from cloud has been my only option.
