choosing installation language
« on: April 19, 2012, 10:43:51 am »
Brahim,
I do not know if this request is easy to fulfil, but could you make it possible in the installation to choose the language you want to use. I ask because I live in Austria and then the software automatic chooses German as language, which I do not like since nearly all Software I want to use should be in English. If I after the install change the language in the browser with en_US then I still do get German in sum menus in the flexraid webgui.

After installation you can change the file locale.js (I think that´s the filename).

@b-earl
I do have plan to migrate to a better installer (months away though).
I do agree that being able to choose your language at install time is the proper scenario.

For now, do as Cassius suggested and edit the Locale.js file to define your preferred locale.

Thanks Cassius and Brahim. Changed the line in the location file. After a restart of the flexraid service it works.
