New motherboard now "License Exception" Error starting pool

Hi Gang,

I keep getting the following error whenever I try to start my Storage Pool;
     "License Exception: Is the feature you are trying to use licensed?"

I don't use raid. I don't have a login to https://secure.flexraid.com so i don't know if there is a fix there. I have not changed any files except for drivers. I'm guessing its an SSID problem?

I just put a new motherboard into my PC, that is ALL that has changed except for a few drive letters but that doesn't seem relevant.

I still have a copy of my key file. I have forgotten how the install steps went as I paid for Storage Pool only 1 month ago.

Could somebody please tell me how I fix my license?

FYI About box says "2.0u4 final [Snapshot 1.4 stable / Storage Pool 1.0 RC / Real-Time 1.0 experimental]"

If you change the hardware you might have ti reactivate the software. Look in the wiki might be some guide there on what to do. Otherwise pm Brahim.

Please update to 2.0 update 6.
If you still have issues, go to the System Control Panel -> Reset Activation.
Then try activating online. If that fails, generate a pre-registration file and send it to sales at flexraid dot com.

Thanks for the quick help guys.

Unfortunately I had no luck so generated a FlexRAID.PreRegistration.Info file and emailed sales.
