Update taks results in two notification emails
« on: September 27, 2011, 08:05:36 am »
I'm not sure if this is a bug or simply a misconfiguration, but for some reason I receive two Update [Success] notifications each time an Update process completes. However, I only received one for the Create, Validate and Quick-Validate tasks. I'm sending the email from my gmail account, using Gmail's SMTP server w/ SSL, and the sending and recipient email address is the same.

Is this simply a bug or have I configured something wrong? Sorry - I'm not at the system at the moment so I can't provide all the config details, but I will do so tonight.

Thanks - looks like there might be a fix now:

"I checked off "When Scheduled Only" as I figured what is point of receiving an email when I manually do something. I am now only getting 1 email nightly, not sure if it's a fluke or not. "
