As i understand in case of raid-f if i want to have to access to all data without downtime i have to build pool with devices which provide some redundancy. Like raid1 (hardware or software) nodes or such.
But what about traid. What happens if one device fails. I know there are some parity data but do i have access to data written on it? How many devices can fail?

Trying to re-activate my install as my registry was corrupt.

When trying to register my purchase, it was past it's due date, so it would send me a new registration code.

Still waiting for it and cannot use Flexraid and get to my drives as trial expiration won't work either being that it was used originally.

Can an email with new purchase code be sent out?

I dropped Flexraid and won't ever buy another product related to Flexraid and the *company* behind it.

I move to Snapraid.  Even though I MUCH MORE PREFER FlexRaid, if I can't log into the damn portal, it's useless since I can't move my license or extend my trial.

I feel like I was scammed out of $99.99.

Its usually not recommended to run USB disks like this.

I had this issue for a while and needed to completely delete and reinstall tRAID.  With customer support down, however, I would NOT recommend doing that because you might wind up on a trial license, which would be even worse.  Are you really rebooting your system so often this is a regular problem?

Just wanted to say that I had no issues logging into the customer portal at  So, while you likely won't be able to do much if there's no support behind the scenes, the portal IS allowing those with a portal account to log in.  Note that I believe you would have needed to email support and register for a portal account in order to have an account in the first place.  If no one is presently answering support emails, there would currently be no way to register for the portal account.
After a DRU restore, the hidden folder on C:, "FlexRAID-Managed-Pool", grew to 900 GB. What is this folder for? May I delete it?

I had to move the OS to a large drive because the attempt of a DRU restore failed by growing the hidden folder "FlexRAID-Managed-Pool" so big that it filled up drive C: completely.

May I move the OS back to my original 250GB SSD? Or will I face this same problem again next time I need to restore a drive?

I have two 8TB DRU's and one 8TB PPU. 9 TB of data is stored on them.
