Title: Need help, no response from sales @ flexraid dot com

I have license and activation code from 8-13-2013. I have not had flexraid installed for several years and am trying to reactivate on a new system. Everything comes up invalid.

Is this possible? I have sent several emails with no response.

Same thing is happening to me and now my flexraid won't work after a power outtage cause the license didn't seem to transfer. great support

Ditched flexraid went with snapraid+stablebit drivepool. Can't believe I've recommended this software to people. Didn't realize how bad/nonexistent support was.
